We’re looking for a motivated, organized team player to join us as a Project Superintendent. This frontline role interfaces directly with clients—property managers, engineers, architects, and owners—and requires professionalism in both appearance and conduct. Project performance is a major part of our marketing, and Superintendents are central to that success.
- Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control and on-time delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members through clear emails and daily reports
- Interpret construction drawings and transform project plans into actionable schedules
- Create high-quality office interiors, including medical and industrial tenant improvements
- Lead construction projects and work with subcontractors to ensure quality work and safety on all construction jobs

- Physically fit and capable of lifting 25+ lbs
- Can pass background and drug check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available for occasional nights and weekends
