As a National Sales Executive at Regency Outdoor Advertising, you’ll be in a highly sought-after role. With the potential to earn well into the six or even low seven figures annually, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding our national advertising client base. Here’s what the role entails:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities by understanding client objectives and delivering customized advertising solutions.
- Consistently exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and effective contract negotiations.
- Curate and recommend Regency assets to enhance clients’ campaigns and elevate their brand messaging.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding business within both new and existing client accounts.
- Maintain deep knowledge of inventory within the local DMA and continuously expand expertise across key national markets.
- Deliver exceptional client service through in-depth product knowledge, awareness of industry trends, and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans, proposals, and customer support aligned with revenue goals.
- Leverage market intelligence and industry developments to uncover new sales opportunities and drive innovative advertising solutions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
- Minimum 10+ years' executive level experience in out-of-home advertising space (billboard) sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Established advertising agency relationships.
- Ability to communicate Regency’s unique selling proposition in a compelling, concise manner and to balance the company's overall business objectives with the client's strategic needs.
- Mastery of existing Regency business processes as well as the ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues in a time-critical environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Knowledge and relationships with key industry and agency figures.
