Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience as a Leasing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lease administration, document preparation, and property management software. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders, as well as exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple leases and deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records in property management software systems and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease administration processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related inquiries and coordinate communication between tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve lease-related issues efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive tenant and property information
