Job Summary

In addition to Lancaster, PA, we're also hiring for this position in Austin, TX and Charlotte, NC.


The Solutions Architect is the one responsible for understanding the client’s structure, policies, and operations along with recommending solutions that enable them to achieve their goals. We need people that will help empower our employees with strategic processes and advance their technical skill sets. This role is for individuals who enjoy interacting with others, problem solving, and have a technical background.

Working Environment:

  • Work regularly from a home office or co-working space, if living in the USA.
  • Work in one of our two offices with our 160+ employees, if living in India.
  • Flexible working hours due to close collaboration with people in other time zones.
  • Close collaboration with remote teams and individuals.
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with developers and testers, keeping them accountable, and encourage them toward continuous learning and leadership.
  • Continuously learn in order to build a knowledge base of relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
  • Share acquired skills with team members both formally and informally.
  • Create functional requirements for technology projects.
  • Visualize the training and development needs of the technical staff and coordinate the implementation of adequate training programs.
  • Provide technical solutions and consulting to clients.
  • Determine the nature of hardware and software issues, and communicate technical guidance and information to users.
Qualifications
  • Background in computer science.
  • Programming in web or mobile applications.
  • Agile software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (preferred, not required)
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions from concept to implementation
