We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in DTC marketing services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and retention for our DTC business
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improving ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning in the competitive CPG marketplace
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field with exceptional strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing marketing teams or agency relationships
