Job Summary

Republican Jobs is leading the search for an attorney to join a nationally respected law practice as a Corporate Counsel Associate. Based in Alpharetta, this position involves hands-on work with corporate clients, business transactions, and legal strategy.

Responsibilities

Advise on entity formation and corporate governance matters
Draft and negotiate business contracts and legal agreements
Support M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions start-to-finish
Analyze laws and regulations affecting client business activities
Collaborate with partners on strategy and client communication
Help clients manage compliance risk and regulatory obligations

Qualifications

J.D. and licensed (or eligible) in Georgia
3–6 years’ corporate or transactional legal experience
Strong drafting skills and business-focused legal judgment
Excellent communication, organization, and detail-oriented mindset
Able to handle multiple matters with limited oversight
Experience in regulated or political environments is preferred
