Job Summary

We're hiring a full-time BD hustler/SDR to help us take over the rest of the market. You'll be working directly with the CRO on aggressive growth. If you’re an autonomous, self-driven, and can-absolutely-crush-numbers kinda guy/gal, this will be a good fit. You will be given ownership over the top of the funnel in our demand-gen function--a crucial part of our growth. If you do well at this role, you will grow with the company.

Responsibilities
  • Run outbound sales: email, LinkedIn, DMs, cold calls—whatever works. Note: If you're someone who doesn't like making phone calls, this won't be a good fit. The industry we serve is just old school like that.
  • Book meetings with advertisers and retailers that are aligned with the 2A/outdoors space
  • Log meetings, account statuses, and pipeline updates diligently
  • Work leads from our pipeline and prospect your own
  • Get smarter over time: we’ll teach you the pitch, but your edge is hustle and taste
  • Graduate to running first calls, closing small deals, and eventually stepping into a full Account Executive role
Qualifications
  • You’re sharp enough to go toe-to-toe with marketers and founders
  • You’ve got extreme hustle. You don’t need hand-holding or permission to move
  • You leverage AI to 10x your productivity—writing better cold emails, organizing your day, automating grunt work, and learning faster
  • You’re articulate. You can cold email a CMO and actually get a reply
  • You want to build something real, not push fluff for some SaaS you don't care about
  • You can write, think, and speak like a human—not like a sales robot
Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of outbound, prospecting, and CRM tools

  • Experience selling to ecommerce brands or performance marketers
