Job Summary

We're looking for a marketing specialist who can support the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role focuses on optimizing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. It also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals and deliver measurable results. The position contributes to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, helping to create marketing strategies that are both creative and effective. Depending upon the proven skill of the employee, this position has the potential to grow into the Marketing Manager. 

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies 
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns 
  • Perform cross-functional collaboration 
  • Track performance and create reports 
  • Carry out customer insight and market research 
  • Support brand management efforts 
  • Stay informed on industry trends 
  • Manage updates to company websites and tools 
  • Report marketing progress to senior leadership 


Job Duties:

  • Establish clear metrics and benchmarks for measuring progress and maintaining focus 
  • Lead market research efforts, and analyze data to evaluate marketing efforts 
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies 
  • Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns, and produce new ideas to improve brand marketing 
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies 
  • Ensure tasks within current campaigns meet deadlines 
  • Monitor competitors and analyze activities, strategies, and position to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for differentiation 
  • Maintain, update, and apply branding guidelines 
  • Track and respond to social media comments/messages/etc. 
  • Review designs, website changes, and marketing copy as needed for improvement 
  • Design and create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript practices 
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases as needed 
  • Create and maintain software documentation, and update internal and external PDF forms 
  • Maintain e-commerce, marketing, and internal sites 
  • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks 
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas 
  • Coordinate and assist in designing trade show booth
Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and initiative 
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems logically 
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on task completion 
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels 
  • Familiarity with graphic design, web development trends, and social media management 
  • Understanding of web application security and best development practices 
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform simple calculations
Requirements
  • Marketing experience5+ years
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Firsthand experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web development, production, etc.
  • Experience with website management and various website content management systems
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Graphic design
  • Experience with Constant Contact, Google Analytics, SEO, and Google Business Profile
  • BS in marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency with a back-end technology, such as Node.js, Go, Rust, or Python
  • Proficiency with SQL, MongoDB, or Linux
