Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in various maintenance areas including carpentry, painting, and drywall. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle multiple maintenance tasks while ensuring facility standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building structures, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency and facility needs

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical manuals
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
