Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have strong cold calling abilities and be exceptionally comfortable with phone-based communication. You'll be joining our sales team to identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting activities.

This is a full-time position, potentially salaried for the right candidate. In addition to base pay, this position includes the opportunity to earn commissions.

Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting calls to identify potential clients and generate qualified leads for the sales team
Qualify prospects through phone conversations and determine appropriate next steps in the sales process
Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently to meet or exceed targets

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
