Dispatcher Coordinator (Flatbed Fleet) - Spartanburg, SCHeavy Haul Solutions

We're looking for someone with 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of flatbed trucks, planning loads, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.

• Schedule and dispatch flatbed drivers for local and regional routes.

• Plan and optimize loads to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and load planning.

• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in TMS/dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
