Classical Christian Academy is looking for a mission-driven Head of School to lead a dedicated team of faculty and staff, cultivate a thriving school culture, and advance the classical Christian model of education. This leadership role is central to shaping the future of the school.
- Lead faculty, staff, and families with a Christ-centered, biblically guided approach aligned with the CCA Statement of Faith
- Provide visionary leadership for the school’s long-term mission and strategic goals
- Build and strengthen an administrative and teaching team through trust, clarity, communication, and accountability
- Work with the board to develop and execute strategic plans supporting growth and educational excellence
- Oversee academic and spiritual development through curriculum oversight and student progress evaluation
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures that support operational excellence
- Direct recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of employees
- Shape and uphold school culture to reflect CCA’s mission and values
- Manage the school’s budget to ensure financial stability and long-term growth
- Assist a capital campaign for our future campus
- Ability to serve as the spiritual leader within the school community by displaying a solid personal relationship with Christ
- Commitment to an educational philosophy of process-driven mission instead of product-driven educational system
- Commitment to Classical Christian education model and ability to articulate it to students, teachers, faculty, parents, and the community
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
- Strong organizational leader with a demonstrated track record of developing and growing faculty and staff professional and personal skill sets
- Proven management experience
- Willing to sign our statement of faith
- Master of Arts or Master of Education
- Experience in the accreditation processes with organizations such as ACCS and ACSI
- Classroom teaching experience
- Administrative background
- Capital campaign and facility growth experience
