Prestress Production LeadWarrior Precast
Warrior Precast LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Prestress Production Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing custom concrete walls, sandwich panels, and other concrete products, ensuring quality and accuracy from preparation to shipment. You will also lead and manage a team of three professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the efficient production of high-quality precast concrete products.
- Lead and manage a production team of three members, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Clean and prepare concrete forms for custom orders
- Secure panels, accurately insert door and window frame outs, and customized frame outs
- Insert rebar and insulation accurately
- Re-check form setup and ensure placement accuracy before pouring concrete
- Finish concrete to specifications for both standard and sandwich panels
- Strip finished products and repair any damaged products
- Load products for shipment and clean facility equipment
- Follow safety instructions and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with tape measure readings
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to support production goals
- High School graduate-level math skills
- Experience with prestressed concrete
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 50 lbs
- Capable of reading and interpreting shop prints with accuracy
- Ability to operate table saw and radial arm saw
- Ability to use basic concrete hand finishing tools and screeds
- Ability to accurately read tape measures

- Base pay is a part of our total compensation package
