Professional Services Business AnalystHighGear
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll solve customer business needs using the HighGear no-code workflow platform. Projects vary from a few days to a month or longer. This role also involves working with our support team to resolve customer problems, as well as working with the sales team to show HighGear's value to prospects in the sales process. Less experienced candidates would work under the supervision of a Project Manager who would manage client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, analytical, and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively to serve our customers.
- Work with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement them using our HighGear platform; less experienced analysts will collaborate with a project manager
- Build estimates, write proposals, and test solutions before and after deployment to customers
- Troubleshoot configuration problems and communicate effectively with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Design and implement complete solutions using HighGear's workflow, forms, and dashboards
- Actively communicate with customers before, during, and after projects to build good relationships and make sure we meet all their needs
- Analytical and naturally curious, with strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects
- Sufficiently professional to interact with customers alongside a project manager
- Can figure out from customers which details are important and ask questions to make sure they understand those details instead of just completing tasks they are assigned
- Capable of designing complete solutions
- Experience as business analyst, software implementor, or similar role•3+ years
- Experience with requirement gathering, system design, system implementation, business process modeling, and report building
- Willing to work in-office and travel as needed
