A Tacoma-based surgical equipment and instrument manufacturer and distributor is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for an immediate opening in Warehouse, Customer Service, and Administrative Support. Hours likely 7:30 am - 4:00 pm but operational from 6 am - 4:30pm some flexibility if needed.
- Manage inventory levels by tracking stock, processing orders, and coordinating with vendors to ensure adequate supply of medical materials
- Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation, and communication between departments using Microsoft Office applications
- Distribute medical supplies while maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Generate and manage sales reports
- Maintain clear and professional phone communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and move product as necessary
- Willingness to learn new inventory and adapt to evolving healthcare protocols
