We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support through phone, email, and chat. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
Stay up to date with product knowledge, system updates, and company procedures
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with computers, CRM software, and multitasking between systems
Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Dependable with a strong work ethic and time management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
