*This is a 30-40 hour/week, remote position*
VAUSA® is seeking a Success Coach to join our internal team! This role is crucial in supporting the relationships between VAUSA virtual assistants and their clients by guiding communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and technical support.
- Address issues and coach Virtual Assistants and Clients on strategies, including communication and conflict resolution
- Conduct check-ins with Virtual Assistants to identify relationship issues and communication barriers
- Nurture Virtual Assistant relationships to support their holistic success
- Create and implement a coaching curriculum to provide training
- Offer technical guidance to ensure the smooth integration of various tools
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Robust understanding of communication dynamics, delegation strategies, and conflict resolution techniques
- Familiarity with virtual assistant tools, technologies, and best practices
