How often do you make purchases on social media from a post shared by a friend, from a UGC-style ad, or from someone you follow?
We are looking for Partnership Managers who can leverage a love for social media, wellness products, and content creation to drive our brand growth through top-of-funnel influence. This role will scout content creators who can authentically and organically integrate our products with their personal brands to generate sales and engagement.
You will actively research, assess, and scout new talent who align with our brands and products. You will work directly with talent as well as agents/managers. After closing partnership deals, you will be responsible for systems setup, onboarding, and guiding the partners' customized content strategy, copy, timelines, and the coaching needed to be successful. We need a Partnerships Manager to handle:

This role is a base salary plus monthly commission calculated from your partnership revenue generated. We are extremely data driven, and all commission breakdowns are fully transparent.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners (primarily in the social media landscape: IG, X, YouTube, TikTok, who align with the company’s brand values and target audience. Actively assess, reach out, and onboard new partners providing them with the necessary resources, guidelines, and support to effectively promote the company’s products.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our partners is paramount. You regularly communicate with partners, addressing their queries, offering guidance, and building rapport. This means understanding very different personalities and communication styles, and an adaptable collaboration approach, all while having confidence in your creative direction.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Analyzing the performance of partner content is vital for measuring success. Partnership managers monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as overall engagement, and revenue generated from posts. By identifying social media trends and opportunities, they optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and provide partners with data-driven insights to improve their performance.
- Performance Incentives and Rewards: To motivate partners and incentivize exceptional performance, managers implement reward structures such as tiered commission rate growth, contract renegotiations, and exclusive promotions. By recognizing and rewarding top-performing partners, they encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships.
• 3+ years working with brand partners, influencers, and/or affiliates required, either directly for a brand or on the agency side
• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, design, videography, behavioral science, or psychology
• Understand and/or can quickly learn the mindset of content creators, related to scouting and negotiating partnership deals
• Experience in marketing in the e-commerce space, preferably CPG
• Fluent in social media best practices: Content Trends, Giveaways, Brand Collabs, Product Launches, Algorithm Hacks, and more.
• Familiar with Office-based and Marketing applications: Monday, Sharepoint, Dropbox, Influencity, HubSpot, Canva, Miro, Slack, GoffPro, Shopify.
• Brand adaptable storytelling
• Advanced verbal/written communication skills and stellar note-taking
• Experience writing contracts, creative briefs, and messaging for product integrations
• Can pick up on complex and nuanced workflows quickly
• Emotionally intelligent, dot connector, proactive, and passionate about social media
• Uses data to drive strategy, learn/apply, and iterate
• Inquisitive, good listener, thirst for ongoing learnability
• Responsive, reliable, and able to express assurance/confidence
• Must possess and be comfortable operating cellphones and laptop

• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
