Kowal Law Group, APC, a rapidly growing civil litigation firm in California, seeks an excellent litigator to oversee its litigation and appellate cases. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 7-10 years’ experience in civil litigation, preferably with experience in some complex litigation and appeals
- Ability to oversee litigation-consulting and appellate cases
- Experience developing creative solutions in complex civil litigation, trials, and appeals
- Good demeanor with both clients and opposing counsel
- Proven background as a civil litigator, but enjoys strategy and writing more than trials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Licensed in California
- Develop and present compelling arguments in trial and appellate courts
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, persuasive written and oral communications
- Critical thinking and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Civil Litigation•7+ years
- Must have California license

- $150k-$200k, depending on experience
- The position is remote; however, we would consider leasing a small office for the right candidate
