Are you a seasoned event planner with a heart for Kingdom impact? We are seeking a Conference Manager (volunteer/intern) with experience in large-scale event planning. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to bring a one-of-a-kind vision to life. This role is not remote and requires boots-on-the-ground leadership in Orlando, FL.

• Plan and execute the SWC 2026 Conference from start to finish
• Manage event logistics including venue coordination, scheduling, registration, and on-site execution
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective success
• Liaise with sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees to ensure an outstanding conference experience
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align promotional efforts and timelines

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Proven track record of successfully organizing large-scale conferences or events
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
