We're looking for someone with ideally 5+ years of experience as an Architect to join our firm. This mid-level position requires expertise in technical design aspects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet client needs.
- Broad understanding of how buildings are constructed
- Provide professional architectural production of documents in planning, design, and construction contract documents phases
- Apply advanced architectural concepts and designs independently
- Carry out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures
- Assist less experienced architects
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor or MA degree in Architecture
- Architectural experience with 5 years post-graduation experience•5+ years
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, systems, materials, equipment installation, tested systems, and specifications
- Licensed Architect
