CPA/Controller/Full-Charge BookkeeperColby Nipper
We're looking for someone with at least 10 years' of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, CPA, or Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and general accounting. This is a career position, it is full time and comes with 401k match, medical, dental, vision, and vacation, as well as the ability to advance in both salary, bonuses, and responsibility.
- AR/AP and Payroll
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling cash, bank accounts, and revenues
- Maintaining an accurate general ledger
- Monitoring the business's cash flow
- Issuing invoices to and collecting payments from clients
- Payroll (processing employees' timesheets and commissions)
- Supervising shared assistants
- OPTIONALLY, advanced accounting in conjunction with external CPA
