Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-10 years of experience as a part-time Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and general accounting. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage financial records accurately, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Manager to ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Perform some bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
