Job Summary

Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for managing key accounts and driving business growth? Our client Redefined Lighting in Conyers, Georgia is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to serve as the primary liaison for our largest clients. 


In this role, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate material deliveries, and support business expansion through strategic account management and problem-solving.


What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Serve as the main point of contact, addressing customer needs and ensuring smooth project execution.

Manage material release dates, pricing, and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve challenges proactively.

Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.

Relevant Background & Experience:

Account Management or Sales: Experience managing key client relationships, handling customer needs, and driving business growth.


Project Coordination: Background in coordinating timelines, materials, and deliveries to ensure smooth project execution.


Customer Service & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address client concerns, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Industry Experience: Familiarity with construction, lighting, manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus.


Detail-Oriented & Organized: Comfortable managing multiple projects, tracking updates, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.


Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with internal teams and external clients.


Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software, ERP systems (like Acumatica), and Microsoft Office/SharePoint for tracking and reporting.
