- Prospect new clients, generate leads, and sell new products
- Make 20-50 calls per day to prospective clients and warm leads
- Utilize Keap or similar CRM software to track leads and sales activities
- Confirm inbound and outbound appointments for senior IT consultants
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and support senior IT consultants
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Ability to write and speak with professionalism and accuracy
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales quotas
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and sales strategies
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
