Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience handling Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA claims. In this role, you will manage employment litigation cases from start to finish, represent clients in EEOC claims, draft pleadings and motions, and advocate in hearings and trials.

Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation cases from start to finish.
- Represent clients in EEOC and workplace rights claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Advocate for clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Collaborate with the legal team on case management.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum three years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Experience with Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA claims.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong advocacy skills in administrative and court proceedings.
- Commitment to workplace rights and civil liberties.
