Job Summary

Salary: $60k base - $120k predicted OTE

The Role: Commercial "Hunter"
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated sales professional to aggressively grow our commercial footprint in Houston. You will be the face of the company, targeting high-volume accounts including forklift fleets, commercial bulk users, and resale partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Hunt: Use cold calling, networking, and referral-building to break into new commercial accounts.
• Strategic Consulting: Identify prospect pain points and deliver tailored propane solutions through high-impact sales proposals.
• Drive the Territory: Set your own monthly goals and manage your field schedule with total independence.
• Protect the Brand: Uphold our legacy of excellence by building authentic, long-term relationships.

Qualifications
  • Willing to be in the field daily.

  • Strong self-management and discipline (no need for micromanagement).

  • Comfortable prospecting and building your own pipline.

  • Motivated, coachable, and aligned with our values.

  • Strong communication skills and willing to be the face of the company.

  • Experience selling physical and technical products or services.
