We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of HR experience to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization's culture, overseeing the full lifecycle of the employment process, and ensuring compliance with industry trends and employment legislation.
Your strong communication skills and ability to make administrative decisions on sensitive, confidential issues will be key to your success and may lead to a possible leadership team seat.
- Manage and oversee the employment recruitment process, including job postings, applicant contact, and offer negotiation
- Onboard employees and conduct periodic check-ins and performance reviews
- Develop, recommend, and implement employee benefit and welfare programs that help our organization recruit and retain employees
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, harassment investigations, and terminations
- Make recommendations to the leadership team on how to innovate and increase efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
- Team player who can work effectively with a wide variety of employees
- Self-motivated problem-solver
- Common sense with a strong knowledge of HR laws and pending legislation
- HR roles with increasing responsibility•5+ years
- Bachelor's Degree
- PHR/SPHR Certification
