Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as an Office Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Quickbooks Online (QBO), bookkeeping practices, and Microsoft Excel. This role requires excellent attention to detail and time management skills to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll in a timely manner
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
