Software Technical Support Specialist IIEyeMD EMR Healthcare Systems Inc
We are an electronic medical records software company headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida. We are seeking a long-term, talented, and motivated full-time Technical Support Specialist. This position will primarily consist of telephone & remote access support. Responsibilities, include software installation, installing and troubleshooting diagnostic equipment & device integrations, troubleshooting technical & training related issues, identifying/troubleshooting bugs/feature requests and submitting them to developers for review, and recommending hardware/software solutions to clients. To be considered for this position, you must live and permanently reside within one of the following states, FL, GA, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, TX, WI. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte Counties.
- Provide telephone and remote access support for software, software installation, and troubleshooting
- Install and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment and device integrations
- Identify and document software bugs and feature requests for developer review
- Candidate MUST demonstrate at LEAST 4 years of positive experience
- Designing and Installing Microsoft Windows Server 2012/newer based systems
- Active Directory/Workgroup Authentication
- Network/Workstation/Server Best Practices
- Server Fault Tolerance Best Practices
- Server Backup Best Practices
- Group Policies
- Server and Workstation Troubleshooting/Maintenance
- WAN Infrastructures including VPN.

- MCSE Certification or equivalent experience
