Project Manager - Commercial Construction CloneJ.D. Beam, Inc.
We're looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects, maintaining job level profit, and negotiating subcontracts. You'll also be planning, supervising, and monitoring the construction project, and reporting to the Vice President or Project Executive.
- Negotiating subcontracts, master schedules, and Owner change orders
- Planning and supervising the construction project to ensure quality of work and materials
- Monitoring the progress of the project and the workers, and managing the budget
- Energetic, self-starter who is organized and efficient.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in contract negotiation
- Experience in budget management and CPM schedule writing
