We're looking for someone with exceptional experience as a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our client as one of the first five team members.
You will play a critical leadership role in the architecture and engineering of our client's product and broader technical platform.
We are building this engineering team with the philosophy of hiring the smartest and most seasoned talent, all working together in Boise, and equipping each of those people with cutting-edge AI development tools to kill the drudgery of low-level tasks, unit tests, and documentation.
Help to capture the long-term vision for our product roadmap, and work with teammates to convert that into a step-by-step plan for how to sequence the building of our product and technical platform to support it.
Assist with standing up our AWS datacenter systems in the cloud to support the product and platform.
Design and engineer back-end services and front-end features and user experience for the product across web, desktop and mobile.
Engage with users and customers to understand how they think, what they need, and how to build the best product to serve them.
Work with teammates to set standards for writing code that is scalable, manageable, reliable, and testable.
MEASURABLE OUTCOMES:
● Stand up AWS infrastructure
