Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong client relationships. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with our innovative product offerings and automation-driven production capabilities. This role requires a passion for community development and the ability to promote our patented products and cutting-edge technologies. The position will be a salaried position with commission opportunity to reward net new revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual growth targets and support long-term revenue goals
  • Identify and secure opportunities for market expansion in both commercial and residential sectors
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes is a plus
  • Passion for community development and alignment with the company's mission and values
  • 5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in construction materials, manufacturing, or related industries
