Role and Responsibilities
As an Appointment Setter, you will:
- Prospect and canvass neighborhoods, knocking on doors to engage potential customers.
- Set appointments for our experienced sales associates.
- Represent our company with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain daily and weekly reporting in our CRM system.
- Exceed monthly targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
- Participate in on-going training to expand your product and industry knowledge.
- Embrace our company’s culture, purpose, and core values.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals with the following qualities:
- Positive attitude and a commitment to self-development.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Results-driven mindset with thick skin and the ability to handle rejection.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality.
- Strong working knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and/or computers.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to submit to a background check.
- Previous experience in roofing or solar sales (preferred, but not required).
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Compensation and Benefits
- Uncapped Earning Potential: $22,000- $100,000.00 per year
- Flexible Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
- Performance Bonuses: Weekly, monthly, and performance-based bonuses.
- W2 Employee (after 90 days) Earn on your terms with small hourly + commission pay and bonus opportunities.
- Referral programs and additional incentives.
Schedule Requirements
- Availability for evening and weekend work as needed.
- Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
