Graphic DesignerGrow Church

We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail who can bring visual concepts to life across various mediums.

• Create and manage multimedia content, including environmental and social materials, using various software programs.
• Oversee the production of print materials such as shirts, signage, booklets, and marketing collateral, including obtaining quotes, collaborating with departments, and tracking orders.
• Design graphics for services, promotions, conferences, and events at Grow Church.
• Stay current with design trends and efficiently operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure projects adhere to time, budget, and deadline requirements.
• Communicate with print vendors to manage details of printing projects.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and other departments to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.
• Work both independently and as part of the creative team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain and organize internal databases of designs for departmental use and archival purposes.
• Apply trend intelligence and knowledge of market dynamics in the design and execution of projects.
• Demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and strong organizational skills.
• Participate in church-wide events as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
