We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's inventory general ledger subsystems and manufacturing data, as well as providing profit margin analysis for financial reporting and decision-making.

Positions are available in Greenville, South Carolina and Battle Ground, Washington.

• Maintain and improve cost accounting systems and procedures
• Perform cost variance analysis, including PPV, labor, overhead, and material variances
• Maintain and update standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead, and draft reports in order to identify areas for improvement
• Assist budgeting and forecasting teams with inventory and cost accounting items
• Support audits by providing cost-related data and analysis
• Maintain G/L accounts for inventory across multiple facilities, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Perform annual/periodic physical inventory counts, conduct inventory reconciliations, and investigate variances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports
