We're looking for someone with experience as an Accounting Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and excellent organizational skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. The successful applicant will be responsible for various financial processes and reporting tasks. This position has room for growth to leadership/management for the right applicant. - Manage financial records and perform data entry
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and payroll information
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure accurate and timely financial processes
- Manage the Office, Bookkeeping and Accounting Duties
- Responsible to complete all necessary tasks in the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department, as well as synchronize and communicate with other employees with tasks that will overlap with AP and AR
- Expense Categorization and Analyzation
- Bank Account Reconciliation
- Month End Inventory Evaluation and Mark to Market Procedures
- Customer Service trouble shooting of inquiries related to AP and AR.
- Full Time availability to work especially during harvest times. July wheat harvest, Oct through Dec Corn and Soybean harvest
- CPA is welcome but not required for this position
