EstimatorFTS Excavation LLC
We're looking for someone with 3-10 years of experience as an Estimator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and cost estimation. This role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to accurately assess project costs and timelines. This will be a new position in our company and compensation will need to be negotiated for a win win as it is developed.
- Analyze blueprints and project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate and timely estimates
- Monitor and update cost estimates throughout project lifecycle
- Experience and/or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities
- Estimating experience- especially familiar with prevailing wage requirements and WSDOT specs
