Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience with HubSpot administration to lead our HubSpot initiatives and oversee the platform's overall alignment with business objectives. As the Marketing Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot, leading integrations, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive impactful business outcomes. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of marketing automation to support our growth and success. 

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and refine HubSpot strategy to align with our business goals and departmental objectives 
  • Stay updated on HubSpot's evolving features to drive innovation 
  • Manage and optimize integrations and workflows within HubSpot to ensure efficiency across departments 
  • Administer HubSpot permissions, manage user onboarding and training, and maintain data integrity 
  • Collaborate with departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to meet their needs using HubSpot and translate technical features into actionable solutions 
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance insights 
  • Develop and deliver training sessions; maintain documentation on HubSpot workflows and features

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a similar role, specifically in HubSpot administration or marketing automation3+ years
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HubSpot implementations, integrations, and strategies
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital marketing best practices
Nice to Have
  • Certified HubSpot Trainer
  • Experience in a creative or strategy-oriented role
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards
  • HubSpot CRM
  • HubSpot Inbound Certification
  • HubSpot Marketing Software
  • Proficiency in creating automated workflows and process optimization within HubSpot
