Job Summary

We're looking for someone with sales management experience to join our team as a Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for leading American Access' sales department, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This role is essential for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize company profitability. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase company profit and motivate the sales team to achieve established goals 
  • Lead major client negotiations and provide regular reports to senior management on key performance metrics 
  • Conduct competitive research to ensure American Access remains competitive in pricing, quality, and value 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to drive satisfaction 
  • Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and improve strategies 
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives 
  • Provide senior management team with monthly performance reports
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a sales team 
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate value 
  • Proven track record of leading sales processes from initiation to close 
  • Strong listening and client-focused solution development skills 
  • Deep understanding of competitive product positioning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
