We’ve launched a SAAS product for construction management, have a small paying user base, and are on our way to scaling. Precise Builder facilitates all aspects of business management and operations, replacing what would usually be six or more separate software platforms with one. We’re seeking a full-cycle sales executive to join our team to help us find and convert leads.

You would join our team at Precise Builder, where we help construction companies simplify their office process by providing software & process coaching. The team is responsible for product design, tech support for customers, sales, onboarding and reports to the larger organization of Integro. You along with the product team are responsible to do whatever it takes to make this work.
We would mentor you and we would learn together. Software startups are hard, we have a big goal and are deeply passionate about producing a software that really makes a difference for our users. If you’re not ready for difficult challenges and hard work, no hard feelings but this isn’t for you.
We’ll be looking for you to take ownership and responsibility. We expect you to take initiative and help blaze a trail, not just wait to be told what to do. That said, you will get direct feedback and lots of support, and you’d be joining an extremely talent-dense and motivated team.
You’ll have the opportunity to do fun and challenging work, while helping us build this product from the ground up.
- Maintain a focus on our product development and overall growth initiatives
- Take full responsibility for the full sales cycle, including some lead generation (not cold-calling but using alternative methods to build connections), qualification, product demos, and closing deals
- Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product, campaigns, and promotions to effectively convey their benefits to current and potential clients
- Utilize our CRM system to document all sales activities and maintain precise pipeline data
- Handle deals and engage in client communication promptly
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- Attend industry trade shows and sales events as a company representative to showcase our product and engage with potential clients
- Demonstrate exceptional commitment to client satisfaction through proactive service and support
Skill Requirements
- Some background in the construction industry
- Fairly tech-savvy and comfortable with software applications
- Highly self-driven with a strong sense of initiative
- Ability to quickly grasp product details, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients to drive sales conversions
- Comprehensive understanding of competitive software solutions within our industry vertical
- Proficiency with relevant software, including CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems from multiple perspectives and engage in customer-centric conversations that address their specific requirements
- Ability to maintain composure and handle rejection from sales prospects
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultivating professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Prior experience in software sales would be highly advantageous but not a requirement
- Able to hold your own in a nerf gun battle :)

Salary: $85,000-$165,000
Schedule:
- Hybrid work environment, 3 days in office, 2 days flexible.
- 9:00-2:30 mandatory core hours, the rest when you want
- Monday to Friday
