Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading ATS/CRM/Database management and executing critical sequencing and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter who loves supporting our search consultants using various tech platforms. This is a part-time, remote role with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage outbound business development and marketing campaigns using Crelate CRM, HireEZ, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
- Research and build lists of potential search opportunities and find appropriate contacts within our markets.
- Maintain data entry and database integrity management across tech platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work remotely with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and effective campaign management.
- Experience in operational support and analysis to enhance project outcomes.
