I Love Your Money is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, QuickBooks certified, and comfortable supervising a team while managing multiple client accounts. Your main duties will include recording transactions, ensuring compliance, and providing financial support to clients. Candidates must reside in Central Texas, as travel to client meetings and team meet-ups is necessary.
Accurately classify and record client business transactions using QuickBooks
Perform month-end reconciliations to maintain accurate account balances
Collaborate with clients to provide financial guidance and support
Maintain proper document retention for clients
Residency in Texas is required
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
Familiarity with W-9 requirements and document retention procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
