Here's what you'll be doing:

• Become a resume screening expert
• Communicate nuances of screening to our Account Management team
• Develop methods for continuously improving our Recruiter service
• Report internally on application health

Here's what you'll need if you want to apply for this position.

• Have a bias toward organization: you manage multiple tasks well, and meet deadlines easily
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working in an office environment is a definite plus!
