You'll be responsible for managing real estate transactions, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional client service.
- Conduct property valuations and market analysis to determine competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and manage real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the buying or selling process.
- Strong experience in lease negotiations, brokerage, and commercial real estate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker at The Stubblebine Company. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for lease negotiations, brokerage, tenant representation, sales, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, negotiate lease agreements, and facilitate successful transactions for both buyers and sellers. This position is commission based.
