Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Facility Maintenance Technician who is willing to do both day- and night-shifts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in repairing and installing flooring, electrical systems, carpentry work, and plumbing. This role requires a professional and trustworthy individual.
Responsibilities
- Perform repair and installation tasks for flooring, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Maintain and troubleshoot facility systems to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all facility equipment
- Work with other team members
