Senior Project ManagerAdvanced Fixtures

We're looking for someone with a strong background in retail fixtures to join our team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client expectations, ensuring projects progress as planned, and bridging the gap between departments to keep projects on course. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to multi-task and organize effectively.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring prompt responses and meeting expectations
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain project progress and resolve issues
• Handle all aspects of part management and process change orders efficiently
• Ensure accurate data entry, forecasting, and adherence to internal processes
• Cultivate relationships with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Strong people skills and leadership capabilities
• Proficient in multitasking, organization, prioritization, and time management
• Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
