Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-4 years of experience as a Warehouse Lead to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership and lean methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency. You'll be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, managing shipments, and upholding our high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory integrity by accurately receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products
- Consistently follow and implement Lean warehouse procedures to streamline operations
- Manage and organize the physical arrangement of goods, as well as plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for 8 hours daily and safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Alignment with company's core values, demonstrating total integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement
