Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an Account Manager to join a dynamic team in the HVAC supply industry. This role involves maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, as well as supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Handle existing customer requests, including writing quotes and orders, and deliver a top-notch customer experience.
- Call leads and prospects to qualify for business development and set appointments for the Business Development colleague.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to keep track of sales activities and follow up on quotes.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision in a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated client-focused solutions mindset with a track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to make outbound calls to customers and prospects, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
