The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager will own our eCommerce site, and be responsible
for our digital marketing presence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, this
role will oversee our marketing technology stack, manage advertising strategies, and ensure our
brand maintains a strong and cohesive digital presence. Your key objectives will be driving
online sales and ensuring a high level of customer engagement through digital initiatives.

● eCommerce Oversight: You will own our eCommerce channel. Enhance eCommerce
performance by optimizing site functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
Work cross functionally with the content marketing and production teams to manage
online sales strategies, promotions, and product listings.
● Digital Marketing Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
across various channels including. Ensure alignment with overall brand and business
goals.
● Marketing Tech Stack: Maintain and optimize the marketing technology stack, including
CRM systems, analytics tools, and eCommerce platforms. Consistently strive for
optimization in our technology spend to minimize tool sprawl and waste. Effectively vet,
implement and manage new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.
● Advertising & Performance: Create, manage, and analyze ad campaigns across
platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Track performance metrics, optimize
campaigns, and report on results.
● Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and identify areas for
improvement.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Content Marketing,
Production, Sales) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and cohesive brand voice.
Assure all digital initiatives are in alignment with broader business objectives.
● Experience: 4-7 years of experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing,
and/or performance marketing. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
is preferred.
● Results: A proven track record of growing online sales through eCommerce site
optimization and effective digital marketing strategies for a mid sized online business.
● Technical Skills: Experience with marketing technology stacks, CRM systems, analytics
tools, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Algolia). Experienced with SEO
and SEM. A knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, WordPress, etc is a plus.
● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting data and
metrics to drive marketing decisions and strategy.
● Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, manage projects,
and work collaboratively across departments.
● Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to and execute strategic digital marketing plans
that align with business objectives.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
effectively present ideas and strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent work
experience.
